Morning routines. Mannnnn, do I love self-care morning routines.
On this episode, I lay out my ten stages of my favorite productive morning routine. Sadly enough, it took me a while to actually find this perfect combination. Throughout college, I had jobs that required me to stay out late, or wake up super early. I never really had the chance to have a morning routine.
This was something that I couldn’t wait to add once graduating and starting a regular 9-5 job. After I graduated and moved to Austin, it took me a while to set in. I was living in a house with two other girls and figuring out my new life ~ settling into my new career, figuring out new relationships, and just getting my head straight.
Now, it has almost been one year since I moved to Austin. About a couple of months ago, I figured out what worked for me. Not to mention, I was fully capable of cutting regular caff coffee from my diet while doing so. As I consistently carried this out, I really started to see a shift in my productivity, energy, and overall positivity.
If you’re in need of a morning routine, or would like to add some new things to your current one, this episode is just for you. Plus, I feel like the most successful professionals are those that wake up at the break of dawn, and start out crushing their morning before jumping into work.
