Health is wealth ~ especially when it comes to your gut.
Over the years, Lilly and I have had similar runs with gut issues. We both struggled with extreme bloating and discomfort throughout college. After a long while of sitting with this discomfort, you really start to realize there’s something wrong ~ something many don’t always take seriously.
There are many facets to gut health and it can be expensive when working towards perfection. After finding out I had leaky gut, my friend and mentor, Melanie Lovejoy, reached out and turned me onto Lilly’s Instagram. On this platform, Lilly shares her health journey and her tips and tricks to reaching optimal health.
Throughout this podcast, Lilly breaks down everything. She talks about her journey, finding her passion, and her favorite health trends.
